Bio: Personal trainer Meghan is ready to help members achieve their fullest potential through fitness. She earned her personal training certification through the World Instructor Training Schools at Mercer County Community College. There, she also became certified as a medical assistant. Meghan is a water safety instructor as well, offering her clients the opportunity to train on the Exercise Floor and in the Aquatic Center.With a medical background in orthopedics, Meghan is adept at helping clients through the rehabilitation process. She specializes in safely assisting those with total joint replacements accomplish fitness goals. Meghan enjoys helping any member who is striving to feel better through exercise. She likes to spend her free time swimming, cycling, cheering on the New York Giants and Yankees, going to the beach, and enjoying time outdoors. Meghan finds great fulfillment in supporting the Susan G. Komen foundation in their mission to cure breast cancer. Meghan loves to bake. Chocolate chip cookies are one of her favorite foods, along with frozen mango chunks. Whether in fitness or life in general, Meghan lives by the words of Jim Rohn (American businessman): "The major reason for setting a goal is for what it makes of you to accomplish it. What it makes of you will always be the far greater value than what you get." She wants her clients to recognize their unique greatness as they become a healthier person. |
