"I love my job as a yoga instructor. Moments of clarity, peace, and understanding
are what life is all about. I am honored to help others find these moments.
Yoga is about being present--this moment-- which is something we forget about in
our fast-paced world. It's a journey we travel by utilizing breath, in this body, right
now, not in the past or future. It is doing our best to avoid distractions.
I enjoy helping others make the most of every moment during their time in my
classes. Together, we peel away the layers of our daily over-analysis, and liberate
ourselves for close to an hour. Delicious!"
