Specialty: Boxing; sport specific training "Nothing to it, but to do it! Great fitness and health is just around the corner." Bio: Personal Trainer Leon has been improving lives through fitness for over 17 years. He earned his training certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers, kickboxing certification from the International Sports Conditioning Association, and is a certified USA boxing coach.With a passion for boxing, Leon tries to incorporate these techniques into his training programs. He specializes in helping reach weight loss and sports performance goals, and core and functional training. When not on the Exercise Floor, Leon enjoys boxing, playing basketball, watching sports, and spending time with his daughters. His favorite foods include pizza and southern-style cooking. His philosophy is based on, "There's nothing to it, you just have to do it." Leon takes that no-nonsense approach in his training sessions to jumpstart his clients in their fitness endeavors. |
