"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream." --C.S. Lewis. Linda believes each day is a precious blessing.Bio: Personal Trainer Linda earned her training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools. She is currently a student at Liberty University, pursuing a degree in psychology with a dual specialization in counseling and life coaching. She is also a certified life coach and Pilates instructor. Linda has over a decade of dance training, and believes you should never stop learning.
Linda is passionate about partnering with her clients to help them reach their best fitness levels. She particularly enjoys working with baby boomers to discover and accomplish health goals that will provide a foundation upon which to build success in all areas of their lives. Having struggled with fitness and weight issues of her own, Linda can personally relate to the efforts of her clients.
When not at the Center, Linda is happiest dancing, spending time outdoors in the woods or mountains near the water, learning more about health and wellness, and creating delicious and nutritious meals for family and friends. She encourages others to live life with everything they've got. She loves fruit, veggies, sushi, and seafood. Her comfort foods include macaroni and cheese, dark chocolate, and homemade soup and bread. Fun fact: Linda once walked barefoot over an eight-foot path of hot coals!
There is nothing Linda enjoys more than seeing someone's smile of satisfaction when they reach a goal, and feel strong and healthy. She loves being part of that process and celebration.
