What is the Les Mills program?
Les Mills is a combination of classes that will replace our current Body Training System classes: Group Power, Group Centergy, Group Active, and Group Groove.
The new Les Mills classes will hit our Group Fitness studios starting September 24!
Although some of the programming may seem similar to Body Training System classes, this shift will result in new muscle movements, new training opportunities, and different results. The motivating music and upbeat choreography is sure to inspire new fitness goals and milestones, and leave you wanting more!
Once you're hooked, you'll greatly anticipate the refresh of the Les Mills program in January 2012!
is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
is the original barbell class that appeals to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. This class is ideal for anyone striving to achieve maximum results in minimum time. Favored by Group Fitness fans who are bored with an individual weights program, yet recognize the need to add weight training to their routine.
is the unique, martial arts-based workout designed for individuals looking to boost cardio fitness and benefit from total body conditioning. Addictive and fun, this workout particularly appeals to youthful, sociable individuals who are likely to attend classes with friends.
