Current Class Schedule: Vinyasa Flow with Alignment "I was inspired to teach yoga because of how it truly changed my life. Yoga has helped me find inner peace and harmony. In a sense, it has made me slow down and look inward. I hope to share with my students all I have learned. I strive to help them build strength and flexibility, and look inward to be still."
