"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." -Jim RyanBio: Personal Trainer Lori assures members the ideal approach to fitness, with her combination of enthusiasm and skill. She offers a training experience that helps clients bring exercise into their lives or take their workout to the next level. She earned her personal training certification from Bucks County Community College, and is a certified water safety instructor through the American Red Cross.
Full of positive energy, Lori offers members the opportunity to train with her on the Exercise Floor or in the pool. For seven years, she was a private swim instructor and now looks forward to bringing her training skills to land as well. Her enthusiasm is contagious, as is her motivating spirit. She believes if you think you can, you can. Lori is dedicated to helping you believe in yourself and all that can be accomplished through exercise.
Lori loves the outdoors, whether playing sports, chatting with family on the patio, relaxing in the hammock, gardening, or lounging by the pool with friends. Her favorite foods include sushi, a juicy burger, and anything with cooked vegetables. Fun fact: Lori loves to sing. Occasionally, she performs vocals in her husband's band.
She is excited to guide members as they reach and surpass fitness goals.
