"After 20 years of working for an insurance company and several banks, I decided to follow my passion to make a positive and healthy impact on people's lives. As a competitive college tennis player and avid fitness enthusiast, I'm inspired by the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to help others get and stay physically fit.
My first certification was as a Johnny G cycling instructor. From there, I became certified in many other disciplines. In my classes, I try to create an atmosphere that challenges participants while also providing a safe, fun, and effective workout. The most important asset we have is our health. The demands of life are better managed by leading a balanced lifestyle."
