Like a muscle, it is strengthened by use." -Ruth GordonBio: Personal Trainer Jenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in child and family science from Florida State University. She is a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She holds certifications in Body Training Systems Group Power, Group Groove, Group Step, and Group Centergy from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also certified in cycling by Mad Dogg Athletics and Pilates Reformer by PHI Pilates.
Jenn enjoys training members of all skill levels, but finds a special joy in helping newcomers to the Exercise Floor. She strives to encourage and empower these individuals as they embark on their fitness journey.
In her leisure, Jenn loves cycling, traveling, reading, walking her puppy, and spending time with her two daughters and family. Her favorite quote: "Courage is important. Like a muscle, it is strengthened by use."
Jenn's goal is to help members enjoy life more through the healthy habit of exercise. Whether attempting to climb a set of stairs or train for a marathon, she is ready to help you achieve it.
