Bio: As a Personal Trainer, Shawn delivers a powerful workout that is as fun as it is effective. He earned his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has built his personal training career at our Center since 2004.Shawn creates exercise programs that focus on the technique and form that provide the best results for the individual involved. He insists on following correct form and a methodical progression to assure a safe, effective workout. Fitness is not just a career for Shawn. It is a lifestyle. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, volleyball, football, golf, and water sports. His favorite times are spent being with family, friends, and his dog. Pizza is his food of choice. When teaming up with clients, Shawn's goal is to make every movement count as a step toward their fitness goal. He puts his skills and enthusiasm to work for members, helping them achieve healthier, stronger bodies and minds. |
