Specialty: Functional movement "What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve! With the right mindset, you can accomplish any goal you work towards. I am here to help you each step of the way." Bio: Personal Trainer Billy makes it his mission to contribute to the health and wellness of all Center members. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sports studies from Rutgers University, and personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise.In addition to his educational background, Billy worked on-site as an exercise physiologist intern and Robert Wood Johnson cardiac rehab physical therapy aid. He served in both out-patient and homecare settings. From this experience, Billy is remarkably proficient at helping clients recover from injuries and progress post-rehabilitation. His focus is on overall improvement of the body and mind through exercise. In his free time, Billy enjoys judo (a modern Japanese martial art and combat sport), karate, hiking, rock climbing, traveling, and trying new foods. His favorite food is rice and beans, for which he possibly developed a liking during a seven-month residency in Spain. He is fluent in Spanish. Billy is determined to make each of his clients reach their fitness potential. |
