"After experiencing a traumatic accident as a teenager, I was told the reason I survived and recovered was because of my training as a gymnast and my fitness level. I believe fitness is a gift. I want to give that gift by creating balanced workout and training programs. Through teaching Yoga and Cycle classes, I have the opportunity to help members understand how they are improving their bodies so they are motivated to train to the fullest. Watching people come alive, have fun, and experience the support shared in a group setting keeps my passion for teaching alive and strong."
