Specialty: I serve as a coach to my clients, helping each one see their true potential. I help them exceed their fitness and strength training goals with lifestyle changes that incorporate a healthy diet and creative exercise programs. My sessions focus on strengthening the core, developing muscles, resistance training, improving muscle endurance, corrective exercise (using the Functional Movement Screen), and nutrition. "Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity." -JFK Bio: Christine earned her personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools, fulfilling a lifetime passion of helping people realize their full potential as healthy individuals. Prior to pursuing a career in fitness training, she worked in the corporate world for AT&T. Always motivated to enhance her own lifestyle and health, Christine shares that inspiration with her clients.She focuses on helping clients gain control of their health. Whether recovering from an injury or lengthy inactivity, or training for an upcoming marathon, Christine creates exercise routines that strengthen core muscles and increase stamina. When not on the Exercise Floor, Christine is a professional singer, with the stage and recording experience to prove her success. She enjoys gardening, and loves fresh sushi or a good steak. Christine gains satisfaction from witnessing her clients exceed their fitness goals through her training programs. She develops a caring connection with each individual, making sure they remain motivated to accomplish a healthier body and mind. |
