"I fell in love with the Cycling program about 13 years ago. Indoor cycling classes were few and far between. At that time, I made an agreement with the owner of the gym I used. If she got bikes, I would get certified to teach with her. The rest is history.

I love working with the members at RWJ Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness. Helping them set and achieve their goals is very inspiring."
