"Movement is essential."Bio: Ken is an experienced athlete with an educational background that enhances his fitness expertise. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University with an emphasis in Science and Medicine. During his time at the university, he was a collegiate volleyball player. Ken also completed an internship there as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Varsity Athletics.
Ken's background lends him to sports-specific training. He enjoys helping athletes obtain their optimum game condition through high-intensity training. Whether training for a big game, or to perform like a big-game player, Ken creates exercise programs that deliver results.
Ken enjoys outdoor activities, and often visits the beach during his free time. He likes to spend time relaxing with family and friends, and playing volleyball and basketball. His favorite dish is chicken parmigiana.
Ken looks forward to helping members reach and surpass their fitness goals.
