It may not always be easy; however, striving to reach our fitness goals with mini victories along the way will keep us happy and healthier each day." Bio: Personal Trainer Ed helps members be their best through expert fitness guidance. Ed earned his personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools. After spending 25 gratifying years assisting friends and family in reaching their fitness goals, he decided to expand this passion into a second career alongside owning his own construction company.Ed specializes in strength training and conditioning, as well as flexibility and corrective exercises. Whether working out to improve performance on the sports field or in life's daily activities, Ed is excited to share his expertise. He motivates his clients to adopt the "self-starter" attitude that has contributed to his own success. An avid sports lover, Ed's favorites include golf, softball, and basketball. He loves to spend time with his family and new baby daughter, Ava. He also enjoys exercising, shopping, and watching movies. His ideal evening includes dining out for a meal of seafood, chicken, or steak, or staying home to play board games. (It's his competitive nature.) Ed assures his clients their efforts will deliver results. He believes a little "sweat equity" goes along way. He thrives on the shared goal at the Center: to stay healthy and fit, and to surpass fitness goals. He wants to make this possible for each member. |
